• Manage paint process and equipment development with engineering and operations to ensure project success.
• Oversee launch, optimization, and continuous improvement of paint systems and related technologies.
• Ensure paint-related equipment and processes meet quality, cost, performance, and timing targets.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance paint quality, manufacturing efficiency, and competitiveness.
• Establish and maintain standardized engineering practices and process controls across the facility.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, quality and cost reduction.
