Job summary

Rally Fleet is seeking paint prep professionals for a lean manufacturing refinish operation in the Dayton, OH area. You will prime, mask, sand, clean and prepare panels for the refinish process, with buffing as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in priming, masking, sanding and cleaning automotive panels.
• Ability to prep new and damaged panels for refinish.
• Buffing ability is a plus.
