Job summary

Caliber Collision in Monroe, NC is hiring an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter. You will help with sanding, buffing, and keeping the paint booth clean and organized. Requirements include 1+ year experience in paint operations within a collision center, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy objects. We offer paid training, overtime eligibility, and room for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in coordination with the Auto Painter.
• Sand, buff, and maintain the paint booth and workspace.
• Follow Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.
