MOBILITY SALES CONSULTANT

needed in

Springdale, AR!

If you want to help improve the lives of others, have sales experience in an automotive dealership, and are tired of working nights and weekends, then come join the Superior Family! Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Previous experience in sales at an automotive dealership or in the mobility industry is preferred but not required. You will earn a base salary in addition to great bonus incentive potential!

We're looking for someone driven by a passion to help others who enjoy impacting the lives of people every day! You might be assisting a disabled Veteran one day or the parents of a special needs child. Another day you might be working with someone who's recovering from a major life event and seeks to drive once again and wants to eliminate dependence on others for transportation to appointments. You'll have the opportunity to work with innovative products that include: wheelchair-accessible vehicles, mobility seating options, hand controls, scooters, wheelchair lifts, and other driving aids. You'll be helping bring mobility and independence to people of all ages and stages of life while building relationships for ongoing service and assistance. Working with us, you'll learn the joy of changing lives and improving quality of life, a rewarding experience not common in many jobs today.

The Mobility Sales Consultant is responsible for selling mobility products through customer consultations inside and outside the store. You will need to obtain product knowledge, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions. Managing and closing leads from various sources is also part of the role.
