If you want to help improve the lives of others, have sales experience in an automotive dealership, and are tired of working nights and weekends, then come join the Superior Family! Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Previous experience in sales at an automotive dealership or in the mobility industry is preferred but not required. You will earn a base salary in addition to great bonus incentive potential!

You might be assisting a disabled Veteran one day or the parents of a special needs child. Another day, you might be working with someone recovering from a major life event who seeks to drive again and wants to eliminate dependence on others for transportation to appointments. You'll have the opportunity to work with innovative products such as wheelchair-accessible vehicles, mobility seating options, hand controls, scooters, wheelchair lifts, and other driving aids. You'll be helping bring mobility and independence to people of all ages and stages of life while building relationships for continued service and ongoing assistance.

The Mobility Sales Consultant is responsible for selling mobility products through consultation with customers both inside and outside the store. You will need to acquire product knowledge to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. You will respond to, manage, and close leads from various sources.
