Job summary

Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is seeking a mobile service technician to join our growing team. This full-time role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles at client sites, delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 2+ years as a service technician, ASE certification preferred, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with a clean record are required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose, maintain and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Perform mobile service repairs including filter replacement, engine diagnostics, recalls, and minor services at the customer's location.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
