Landmark Ford in Tigard, OR is seeking a skilled Ford Mobile Service Technician to bring our service quality directly to customers. Operating a fully equipped Mobile Service van, you'll complete repairs and maintenance at customer homes, workplaces, and fleet locations throughout the area.

If you are a self-motivated technician with strong diagnostic instincts and enjoy working outside of a traditional shop, this role was built for you. Experience at a dealership or high-volume shop is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional automotive experience at a dealership or high-volume shop (required).
• Solid diagnostic and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and professional presentation.
• Well-organized and self-directed with good time management.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors comfortably.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Use the Landmark Ford Mobile Service van to travel to customer locations and perform on-site repairs and maintenance.
• Carry out scheduled services, recalls, software updates, and field diagnostics with accuracy.
• Build lasting customer relationships through reliable, professional service.
• Prepare each day's schedule in advance to stay efficient.
• Coordinate parts needs with Parts and Service Advisors and keep customers updated.
• Record all work completed on repair orders accurately.
• Stay current on Ford technical bulletins and complete required training.
• Operate and maintain the Mobile Service van responsibly.
• Represent Landmark Ford professionally across all environments.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain the Mobile Service van with care and responsibility

• Represent Landmark Ford professionally across all work environments and conditions

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional automotive experience at a dealership or high-volume shop
