Job summary

Holler Honda is seeking a skilled Mobile Service Technician to provide on-site maintenance and light repairs at customers' homes, workplaces, or other approved locations. You will diagnose issues, perform routine services, and coordinate with the dealership for parts and scheduling while upholding Hyundai standards and customer satisfaction.

You must have 2+ years as an automotive technician, a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• At least 2 years of automotive technician experience (Hyundai experience preferred).
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and repair procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance at customer-designated locations (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid top-offs).
• Diagnose and perform minor on-site repairs using Hyundai tools and diagnostic software.
• Operate and maintain Hyundai Mobile Service Van and inventory.
• Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle condition and recommended services.
• Document work using digital service tools and coordinate with the service department for parts and scheduling.
• Adhere to all safety and Hyundai standards for vehicle repair and customer service.

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Honda Mobile Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide convenient on-site vehicle maintenance and light repair services to customers at their homes, workplaces, or other approved locations. Representing the Ford brand, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality service while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery replacements, and fluid top-offs at customer-designated locations.
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs on-site using Hyundai approved tools, equipment, and diagnostic software.
• Operate a Hyundai Mobile Service van, maintaining its cleanliness, inventory, and operational condition.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding their vehicle’s condition, needed services, and maintenance recommendations.
• Follow all safety guidelines and Hyundai standards for vehicle repair and customer service.
• Accurately document work performed using digital service tools.
• Coordinate with the dealership’s service department for parts, scheduling, and escalation of complex repairs.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal automotive regulations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with every service call.
• Any other duties assigned by Management

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus.
• ASE Certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician (Hyundai experience preferred).
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and repair procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various outdoor environments.
