Job summary

Holler and Classic Family Collection of Dealerships seeks a Mazda Mobile Service Technician to deliver convenient on-site maintenance at customer locations. You will represent the Ford brand while performing routine services and light repairs with Hyundai tools and software.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in automotive service, ASE certification or willingness to obtain, and a clean driving record. A flexible schedule is required, with opportunities for Hyundai training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus.
• ASE Certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years automotive technician experience (Hyundai experience preferred).
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance at customer locations (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections).
• Diagnose and perform minor on-site repairs using Hyundai diagnostic tools and software.
• Operate Hyundai Mobile Service van and maintain cleanliness and inventory.
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle condition and recommended services.
• Follow Hyundai safety standards and document work with digital tools.
• Coordinate with dealership service for parts, scheduling, and escalations.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal automotive regulations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador delivering quality service.

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focusedMazda Mobile Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide convenient on-site vehicle maintenance and light repair services to customers at their homes, workplaces, or other approved locations. Representing the Ford brand, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality service while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery replacements, and fluid top-offs at customer-designated locations.
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs on-site using Hyundai approved tools, equipment, and diagnostic software.
• Operate a Hyundai Mobile Service van, maintaining its cleanliness, inventory, and operational condition.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding their vehicle’s condition, needed services, and maintenance recommendations.
• Follow all safety guidelines and Hyundai standards for vehicle repair and customer service.
• Accurately document work performed using digital service tools.
• Coordinate with the dealership’s service department for parts, scheduling, and escalation of complex repairs.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal automotive regulations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with every service call.
• Any other duties assigned by Management

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus.
• ASE Certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician (Hyundai experience preferred).
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and repair procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various outdoor environments.
