Job summary

Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mazda Mobile Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide on-site vehicle maintenance and light repair services at customers' homes, workplaces, or other approved locations.

You will operate a Hyundai Mobile Service van, document work digitally, communicate clearly with customers, and coordinate with the service department for parts and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus.
• ASE Certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician (Hyundai experience preferred).
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and repair procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various outdoor environments.
• Be part of an innovative and growing mobile service program.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services at customer-designated locations (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.).
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs on-site using Hyundai approved tools, equipment, and diagnostics.
• Operate Hyundai Mobile Service van and maintain its cleanliness and inventory.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle condition, needed services, and recommendations.
• Follow all safety guidelines and Hyundai standards for vehicle repair and service.
• Accurately document work performed using digital service tools.
• Coordinate with the dealership’s service department for parts, scheduling, and escalations.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal automotive regulations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with every service call.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.

In this role, you will provide convenient on-site vehicle maintenance and light repair services to customers at their homes, workplaces, or other approved locations. • Diagnose and perform minor repairs on-site using Hyundai approved tools, equipment, and diagnostic software.
• Operate a Hyundai Mobile Service van, maintaining its cleanliness, inventory, and operational condition.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding their vehicle’s condition, needed services, and maintenance recommendations.
• Follow all safety guidelines and Hyundai standards for vehicle repair and customer service.
• Accurately document work performed using digital service tools.
• Coordinate with the dealership’s service department for parts, scheduling, and escalation of complex repairs.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal automotive regulations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with every service call.

Minimum Qualifications:
