Job summary

Caliber Auto Glass is seeking a Mobile Auto Glass Technician in Washington (Marysville area) to perform glass replacement and repair, conduct customer inspections, and document work on a mobile device. The role requires lifting, alignment of trim panels, and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You must be 21+, hold a valid license, and pass pre-employment screenings. Prior collision experience is a plus, with paid training and opportunities for overtime and career growth

Qualifications

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance coverage.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Nice to have: collision experience or Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Replace automotive glass following quality standards and perform repairs on damaged glass.
• Complete pre- and post-inspections with customer.
• Document repair orders on a mobile device and manage time to complete tasks.
• Remove and install trim panels and interior parts without damage.
