Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician. Responsibilities include applying technical knowledge to assist customers, managing inbound and outbound calls in support of Autel scanning units, addressing technical questions related to scanning procedures, and conducting research to resolve vehicle technology issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior experience as a Diagnostic Technician; I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to perform job duties effectively
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge

• Minimum age of 21+
• Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, work orders, and estimates
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Provide personable and friendly customer service to internal and external clients
