Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician. The role involves performing various duties, including applying technical knowledge to assist customers, handling inbound and outbound phone calls related to the Autel scanning unit, answering technical questions about scanning procedures, and conducting research to understand, explain, and resolve vehicle technology issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior experience as a Diagnostic Technician; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to perform job duties
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Physical ability to perform activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
