Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician. Responsibilities include applying technical knowledge to assist customers, supporting the Autel scanning unit via inbound and outbound calls, addressing technical questions related to scanning procedures, and conducting research to resolve vehicle technology issues.

Compensation

Our Mobile Diagnostic Technicians can earn up to:

• $29 to $33 per flag hour

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Diagnostic Technician; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must possess or be willing to obtain necessary tools to perform job duties
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks

Skills and Abilities

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Physical ability to perform activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand instructions, estimates, and work orders
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Provide friendly and personable customer service to internal and external clients
