Job summary

Mobile Auto Solutions in Ohio is seeking an Automotive ADAS Technician to engage customers, perform testing and repairs, and manage invoices and inventory. You will work with a team to deliver high-quality collision and glass services as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

Ideal candidates bring diagnostic skills, experience with A/C systems, wiring repair know-how, and the ability to learn new tools while maintaining accurate documentation and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Diagnostic skills in the automotive trade.
• Ability to service A/C systems.
• Wiring repair procedures.
• Willingness to update job knowledge by education and publications.
• Must possess high school degree or GED.

Responsibilities

• Determines testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviews all estimates for repair.
• Performs diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations and analysis.
• Performs wiring repairs.
• Advises shop of needed repairs.
• Keeps inventory of stock, communicating with support staff for needed orders and verifying order receipts.
• Writes, prints and emails service invoices.
• Collects signature or payment for work performed.
• Delivers completed invoices and payments to office in orderly manner.
• Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshoots breakdowns; maintains supplies; performs preventative maintenance; advises management of repairs; keeps Google Drive up to date.
• Collaborates with teammates according to PPT guidelines to schedule/complete jobs.
• Other duties, as assigned

The Automotive ADAS Technician'sprimary responsibility and accountability comprises customer interaction, vehicle testing and repair, invoice generation, inventory control, and service vehicle maintenance. Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge of OE scan tools
• Ability to learn new tools as needed
• Knowledge of wiring repair procedures
• Ability to service A/C systems
• Possesses diagnostic skills in the automotive trade
• Basic computer knowledge including using email, spreadsheet and messaging systems
• Willing and able to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications and the like
• Must possess high school degree or GED equivalent
• 4+ years relevant automotive/electronic technician experience required

Compensation Details:

• Pay Range: $60,000 - $95,000 / Annually (hourly pay, eligible for overtime). Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
• Schedule: Full-Time Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm
