Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience in a Tier One or Tier Two Automotive Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to function within cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of various types of tooling and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and improves manufacturing methods.
• Coordinates production issues with corporate design engineering.
• Designs layout of equipment and workspace for efficiency.

Skills

Metal stamping experience

Technical experience with High Tonnage presses

Knowledge of Lean and Six-Sigma

Education
