Job summary

NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics to join our Chantilly, VA service center. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles, with a focus on undercar work such as brakes and suspensions, and perform state inspections, oil changes, and tire services.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or equivalent.
• Own an extensive toolbox of personal tools used in undercar repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and perform a wide range of automotive services.
• Repair undercar components such as brakes, struts and shocks.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and perform oil changes and fluid checks.
• Replace worn parts and dismount/mount/rotate/balance tires.
