Job summary

NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices seeks full-time Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis in the Woodbridge, VA area. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide range of undercar repairs, including brakes, struts, and shocks, and complete state inspections and tire services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or equivalent.
• Must have an extensive toolbox of personal tools used in undercar repairs.
• Preferred: state inspection license(s) and ASE certifications in G1, A4, and A5.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and shocks.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts.
• Disassemble, mount, rotate, and balance tires as needed.
