Job summary

NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Lanham, MD is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide range of undercar repairs, including brakes, suspension, oil changes, fluid checks, and tire mounting/balancing, with emphasis on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair.
• Possess an extensive toolbox of personal tools.
• State inspection licenses and ASE certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform undercar repairs on customers' vehicles.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil changes, and fluid checks.
• Replace worn parts and perform tire mounting, balancing, and related services.
• Work safely and maintain high quality standards in repairs.
