Job Description

ISC is sourcing candidates for proposal purposes for qualified Automotive Mechanic/Site Leads at MCAS Cherry Point, MCAS New River, and MCAS Beaufort. The qualifications required and responsibilities are as follows:

Automotive Mechanic/Site Lead: Must have a minimum of five (5) years of ground support equipment maintenance or automotive mechanic experience, either at a commercial automotive shop or within one of the following military occupational specialties: USMC MOS 6072, 6073; USAF AFSC 2A6X2; USA MOS 91SH.

Required to possess advanced leadership capabilities.

Site Lead Responsibilities

1. Be present on every shift when contractor personnel are performing duties under this contract.
2. Review and ensure accurate completion of all maintenance documentation by contractor personnel before submission to the COR and/or Government personnel.
3. Coordinate with the Production Control Officer (PCO), MAG 14, 26, 29, and 31 for work prioritization.
4. Perform Quality Control Inspections of contractor personnel's work.
