Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Mechanical Associate to inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles to meet high quality and safety standards. You will work with a skilled team, gaining hands-on experience across domestic and foreign vehicles in a climate-controlled facility.

We offer ongoing training, advanced tools, and a collaborative environment that supports your growth, with a new hire bonus up to $5,000 where applicable. ASE certifications may be encouraged depending on state requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet.
