Pay: Range = $17.00 - $38 per hour based on relevant work experience and certifications. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives.

Job Description

The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guests’ vehicles. You will participate in a comprehensive training program from day one, preparing you for your role and future growth. As a technician, you will perform repair services, contribute to delivering a 5-star guest experience, and ensure safe, reliable transportation for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform PA State Inspections and Emissions Testing
• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications
• Secure guest approval before performing work; maintain a clean work area
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance
• Test drive vehicles and safely use shop trucks for inventory pickup
• Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Ability to work overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Current PA State Inspection and Emissions licenses

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in A1-A8
• Automotive technical school certificate or degree
