Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking experienced, full‑time Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis at our service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Haskell, NJ area.

As an Automotive Mechanic, you will inspect, diagnose, and perform a variety of maintenance and repair services to keep customers safely on the road, including brakes, suspensions, tires, and oil changes. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Preferred: State inspection license(s) and ASE Certifications (G1, A4, A5).
• Must have personal tools to perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform undercar repairs including brakes, suspensions, steering.
• Diagnose vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
• Conduct oil/filters changes and fluid checks.
