Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring experienced Automotive Mechanics in the Allison Park, PA area. Join the nation’s largest automotive service organization offering competitive weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

As an Automotive Mechanic, you will inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles, perform oil changes, brake and suspension work, rotate tires, and assist with state inspections where applicable. A valid state license and ASE certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 2 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Have the personal tools necessary to perform automotive and undercar repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform maintenance and repair services.
• Perform undercar repairs including brakes, suspension, steering.
• Diagnose vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
• Oil and filter changes and fluid checks.
• Replace worn or damaged parts.
• Complete state inspections where applicable.
• Mount, rotate, and balance tires.
