Pep Boys, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking experienced, full-time Automotive Mechanics to join our Nashville area service centers. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform maintenance and repair services to keep customers safely on the road.

Responsibilities include brakes, tires, oil changes, suspensions, inspections where applicable, and maintaining our safety and quality standards. We offer competitive weekly pay, weekly incentives, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have at least 2 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience and/or training
• Have the personal tools necessary to perform automotive and undercar repairs
• State inspection license(s) and ASE Certifications, including Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5).

Responsabilidades

• Performing undercar repairs, including brakes, struts, shocks, suspension, and steering
• Diagnosing vehicle maintenance and repair needs
• Performing oil and filter changes and checking fluids
• Replacing worn or damaged parts
• Completing state inspections, where applicable
• Mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Maintaining Mavis standards for quality, safety, and customer service
