Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics at our Oakhurst, NJ service center. You will diagnose, repair and service vehicles, focusing on undercar work, brakes, and tire services while performing state inspections as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• Must have an extensive personal toolbox for undercar repairs.
• State inspection license(s) and ASE certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services.
• Undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and shocks.
• Perform state inspections, oil changes, and fluid checks.
• Replace worn parts and balance tires as needed.
