Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Mechanic to join Team Mavis at a center in the Binghamton, NY area. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide range of automotive services, including brakes, struts, and tires, while completing state inspections as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have 2 years of automotive repair and/or maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Must possess an extensive toolbox of personal tools used in undercar repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services.
• Repair undercar systems including brakes, struts, and shocks.
• Complete state inspections and perform oil changes, fluid checks, and part replacements.
