Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in Dedham, MA is seeking experienced Automotive Mechanics for full-time roles at our automotive service centers. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles, including brake systems, suspensions, tires, and oil changes, while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must have personal tools for automotive repair

Responsibilities

• Performing undercar repairs, including brakes, struts, shocks, suspension, and steering
• Diagnosing vehicle maintenance and repair needs
• Performing oil and filter changes and checking fluids
• Replacing worn or damaged parts
• Completing state inspections where applicable
• Mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Maintaining Mavis standards for quality, safety, and customer service
