Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking experienced Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis in the Springfield, MA area. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair a range of vehicles at our automotive service centers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience or training.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have the personal tools necessary to perform automotive repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform undercar repairs including brakes, suspension, and steering.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and determine necessary maintenance.
• Change oil and filters and check fluid levels.
• Replace worn or damaged parts and perform inspections.
• Mount, rotate, balance tires and maintain safety standards.
