Job summary
Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking experienced Automotive Mechanics for full-time roles in the Providence, RI area. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair a range of vehicles at our Mavis service centers, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Have at least 2 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience and/or training.
- Have the personal tools necessary to perform automotive and undercar repairs.
- Preferred: State inspection licenses and ASE certifications including G1, A4, and A5.
Responsibilities
- Perform undercar repairs including brakes, suspension, and steering.
- Diagnose vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
- Perform oil and filter changes and check fluids.
- Replace worn or damaged parts.
- Complete state inspections where applicable.
- Mount, rotate, and balance tires.
- Maintain Mavis standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
