CarMax in West Point, VA is seeking a Mechanical Associate to inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles—from engines and brakes to steering and suspension—ensuring safety and reliability.

You will work with a skilled team in a modern, climate-controlled facility, receive ongoing training, and use advanced tools to build confidence with customers and drive quality results. The role offers a new hire bonus up to $5,000 and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Strong health and safety compliance understanding.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax’s high standards for quality and safety
• Collaborate with a skilled team to solve technical challenges quickly and effectively
