We are currently seeking technicians of all skill levels and will compensate based on your expected flat-rate production. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
• Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
• Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
• Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments
• Perform thorough multi-point inspections to identify opportunities for additional maintenance
• Complete repairs and maintenance in a timely fashion, ensuring customer vehicles are repaired efficiently and seamlessly
• Perform pre-delivery service on new vehicles to ensure they are in perfect condition, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by treating customers as guests, creating a strong and lasting impression

Qualifications

• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• ASE Certification/Technical degree (preferred)
• One year of experience in a service department
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
