AUTO MECHANIC / AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN — BRANDON, MS

Brandon drivers bring in some truly legendary automotive situations.
You’ll see trucks that have hauled more deer stands than lumber, SUVs that still have sand from last year’s Gulf Coast trip, commuters who swear their car “only shakes on Highway 80,” and the Mississippi classic:

“It started acting funny after that storm… but it was just a little water. Like… up to the doors.”

This shop wants a technician who can handle the full Mississippi spectrum — the mystery clunks, the “my cousin tried to fix it,” the dashboards that light up like a Rankin County Christmas parade, and the engines that sound like they’re begging for early retirement.
They want the tech who can diagnose a problem before the hood even pops, who doesn’t panic when a customer says “Google said it might be the transmission,” and who can bring a vehicle back from the brink with skill, speed, and a little mechanical wizardry.
