Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Materials Manager to ensure on-time shipment of finished goods, manage freight and inventory, and coordinate purchasing, distribution of raw materials, equipment, and supplies in a complex automotive manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Recent automotive manufacturing experience.
Strong ERP knowledge.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Strong process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Oversee purchasing, distribution of raw materials, and finished goods to ensure on-time production.
Direct creation of purchase orders and policy-compliant contracts.
Analyze market conditions to forecast material availability.
Develop and implement inventory control and visual management systems.
Collaborate with Plant Engineering and Quality to resolve substandard materials.
Maintain inventory budgets and supplier performance metrics.
