Talent With Heart is seeking a Materials Manager in Georgia to ensure on-time shipment of finished goods, manage freight and inventory, and coordinate purchasing and distribution of raw materials. The role demands leadership and strong ERP knowledge to optimize procurement, scheduling, and materials flow on the production floor.

Responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, analyzing market conditions for material availability, and maintaining accurate BOMs to support manufacturing systems.

Qualificações

• Requires a bachelor's degree and recent automotive manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Broad based supply chain management and process development knowledge.
• Strong ERP knowledge and PC software skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees purchasing, distributing raw materials, and inventory control to ensure on-time material delivery.
• Directs creation and issuance of purchase orders and change notices.
• Analyzes market conditions to assess material availability and reports findings.
• Maintains BOMs and databases to support manufacturing systems.
• Ensures uninterrupted production and on-time shipment of finished goods.
