Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Materials Manager to ensure on-time shipments of finished goods, manage freight, and optimize raw material storage. You will coordinate purchasing, distribution, and inventory control for a complex automotive manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, recent automotive plant experience, and strong leadership, communication, and ERP skills to sustain production schedules and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Recent experience in an Automotive Manufacturing plant is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience (customers, suppliers, employees).
• Results oriented approach.
• Broad based supply chain management and process development knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• PC software skills and ERP systems knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Strong time management skills and customer focus.

Responsabilités

• Communicates purchasing system procedures and directs PO issuance and changes.
• Analyzes market and delivery conditions to determine material availability.
• Reviews purchase orders and contracts for conformance to policy.
• Arranges disposal of surplus materials.
• Develops procedures for purchasing, scheduling, inventory control and traffic to assure material availability.
• Coordinates parts suppliers to improve timeliness and reduce costs.
• Manages on-time delivery to support uninterrupted production and finished goods shipments.
