Spanish/English bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required; prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is valued. Be prepared for extended shifts and weekends as needed to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Spanish/English bilingual proficiency preferred, but not required.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or manual material handling preferred.
• Ability to perform continuous physical work throughout extended shifts.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions consistently.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous manual material handling throughout the shift.
• Push and maneuver material carts from kitting and staging areas to designated production lines, assembly cells, and workstations.
• Deliver materials accurately and efficiently to multiple production areas according to schedules and priorities.
• Maintain a consistent pace of material movement to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Verify material destinations and follow established handling procedures to prevent incorrect deliveries or delays.
• Respond promptly to changing production demands and material delivery priorities.
• Coordinate with team leads and supervisors to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain clean, organized, and unobstructed material handling and production areas.
