Group 1 Honda Owings Mills is seeking Master Technician level professionals to perform high-quality repairs in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment. You will diagnose, road-test, and communicate repair statuses while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Automotive Master Technician or A-level technician required.
• Honda Certified is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology.
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
