Job summary

Empire Automotive Group – Mazda of Green Brook, NJ is seeking a certified Automotive Master or A‑Level Technician with strong dealership experience to advance their career. A generous sign‑on bonus is offered for the right candidate who holds the required ASE certifications and experience.

The role includes diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems, test‑driving vehicles, and coordinating with the Service Advisor.

Qualifications

Must have technician experience at an automotive dealership.
Master or A-level Mazda experience with ASE certifications.
Master or A-level tech in competitive manufacturing brands.
Excellent customer service skills and teamwork.
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and perform tests.

Responsibilities

Performs work on the repair order with efficiency and dealership standards.
Test-drives vehicles and tests components and systems using diagnostic tools.
Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C.
Communicates with the Service Advisor about any additional work and provides time estimates.
Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
