Job summary

Romeo Auto Group is seeking a Master Technician to perform high-level diagnostics and advanced repairs across multiple brands. You will follow OEM procedures, document work meticulously, and stay updated on evolving automotive technologies.

The role requires deep technical expertise, certification readiness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, preferably at Master or advanced level.
• Manufacturer certifications (Stellantis) or willingness to complete brand-specific training.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough vehicle inspections and advanced diagnostics across multiple manufacturer lines.
• Complete repairs and maintenance following OEM procedures and industry standards.
• Utilize advanced technology, scan tools, and specialized equipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all services performed, parts used, and recommended repairs.
• Stay current with manufacturer training and evolving automotive technologies.
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
