Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician.
• Self-starter with a process-driven approach.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as required by law.
• 18+ years of age or older for driving policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C, and computer systems).
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals (employees/customers).
• Update technical skills through formal training to stay current with automotive technology.
• Keep management apprised of repair problems as they arise.
• Maintain an organized, neat service bay.
