Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our BSRO network in Mason, OH. This entry-level role supports servicing vehicles and is eligible for full and part-time benefits from day one.

You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform tire maintenance, and road-test vehicles as part of a collaborative team. A valid driver’s license, reading/writing ability, and willingness to learn are required; prior experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing proficiency.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, and electrical.
• Change oil and transmission fluid and filters.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shocks, exhaust systems and inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
