Job Title: Automotive/Maintenance Technician

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Shift Timing: 1^st

Pay Rate: $18/hr. to $19.74/hr. on W2 Without Benefits

Job description:

Tech 1:

• Cleaning and maintenance of vehicles.
• Replacing water pumps, water hoses, light bars, siren, and PA systems on police vehicles and ambulances.
• Checks the depth of tires; removes tires; replaces tires on vehicles.
• Checks rotors for cracks or heat spots and replaces with new rotors.
• Automotive equipment repair including changing oil, oil filters, lights, and vehicle brakes.

Tech 2:

• Performs complex diagnosis of vehicles using computer systems.
• Diagnoses and repairs computer-controlled electrical fuel injection and emission systems.
• Inspects, diagnoses, and maintains hydraulic brakes and computer-controlled anti-lock brake systems.
• Diagnoses, reclaims, and repairs air conditioning systems in compliance with Federal regulations.
• Diagnoses and repairs electronic and hydraulic transmissions and front and rear-end differentials.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
