Job summary
Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is looking for an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a strong service team. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and conduct road tests as part of daily duties.

Qualifications
- Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
- Must have a valid driver's license to operate customer and company vehicles.
- Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
- Reading, writing, and math skills.
Responsibilities
- Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
- Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
- Install and perform tire maintenance.
- Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
- Road test vehicles.
