Automotive Lube Technician - Town & Country Toyota

Compensation (Hourly: Flag-Rate):

• $18.00 - $20.00 / hour

Schedule:

• FULL TIME
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Monday, 7 am to 6 pm is required
• 4 days a week / 3 days off
• Sundays off
• Closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas days

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform lubrication services efficiently and thoroughly.
• Conduct thorough checks of customer vehicles (battery, lights, tires), referring repairs and maintenance needs to the Service Advisor.
• Operate and maintain lubrication equipment properly.
• Receive repair orders and proceed to service lifts as directed.
• Lubricate vehicles and identify other potential repair needs.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service.
• Ensure all equipment, especially lifts, are in proper working order.
• Use materials and supplies judiciously.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, reporting accidents immediately.
• Possess knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Have at least two years of experience as a technician’s helper or apprentice in an automobile dealership.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
