Compensation

Hourly (Flag-Rate): $18.00 - $20.00

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Monday, 7 am to 6 pm, is required
• Work 4 days a week with 3 days off
• Sundays off

Job Description

The Lubrication Technician is responsible for lubricating vehicles efficiently and thoroughly, coordinating with the Production Foreman to ensure quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform all lubrication services
• Conduct thorough checks of customer vehicles (battery, lights, tires), referring repairs or maintenance needs to the Service Advisor
• Operate and maintain lubrication equipment
• Receive repair orders and proceed to service lifts
• Lubricate vehicles and identify additional repair needs
• Keep customer vehicles clean
• Ensure all equipment, especially lifts, is in proper working order
• Use materials and supplies responsibly
• Follow all safety policies and report accidents immediately
• Possess knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Have at least two years of experience as a technician’s helper or apprentice in a dealership
• Be authorized to work in the USA
• Perform duties safely and demonstrate ability to pass background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
