Fremont Motors Honda of Casper is seeking a hardworking Lube Technician to join our service team. If you’re passionate about cars, hands-on work, and building a stable career, this is the right place to start.

You’ll perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspect vehicles, and help keep a clean, safe shop. Training is provided and there is room to grow into a full technician role within a family-owned dealership that values your development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus — but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services.
• Inspect vehicles and report findings to service advisors/technicians.
• Check fluids, filters, belts, and hoses.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service by doing the job right the first time.
