Job summary

Tire Discounters, in Cincinnati, is hiring a Lube Technician to perform oil changes, fluid exchanges, and routine maintenance while delivering a WOW customer experience. You will inspect systems, assist ASE certified technicians, and support tire mounting, balancing, and TPMS work, all while keeping the shop safe and customer-ready.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience is helpful but not required. Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, other system fluid exchanges, and routine maintenance.
• Inspect vehicle systems and assist ASE certified technicians with repairs.
• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires with TPMS diagnostics as needed.
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized while completing accurate service records.
• Utilize state-of-the-art shop equipment and tools.
