Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking a Lube Technician to perform oil changes, system fluid exchanges, tire installation, repair, and balancing using our proven service process.

You will inspect vehicle systems with ASE certified Technicians to identify repair recommendations and keep accurate service records while maintaining a clean, customer-ready workspace. We offer growth opportunities, hands-on training, and competitive pay in a team-first environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate basic automotive tools; mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds in a shop environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 + per hourly effective rate.
• Effective Rate includes overtime and weekly commission on billed labor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver oil changes, fluid exchanges, and routine maintenance like battery, filter, and wiper replacements.
• Inspect vehicle systems and work with ASE certified Technicians to identify repair recommendations.
• Perform quality vehicle inspections with professional recommendations beyond basics.
• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires with TPMS diagnostics as needed.
• Utilize shop equipment and keep accurate service records; maintain a clean, customer-ready workspace.
