Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships in Massachusetts is seeking experienced lube technicians to join a team focused on relationships with customers and staff as well as the surrounding communities.

State Inspection License preferred but not required; duties include oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, filter replacements, multipoint inspections, and general shop upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in the field preferred but will train the right individual.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
• Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, replacement of air and in-cabin filters, various fluid flushes.
• Tire replacement and multipoint inspections.
• General shop upkeep.
